- Skilled production starts at $18, with regular increases to $23.35
- Welders start between $18-$20, with regular increases to $23.35. Additional $.50 for Certified Welders
- Customer Service starts at $17, with regular increases. Clerical and computer skills are required
- All other office positions are determined by education/experience
