Industrial Tote Tilters and Portable Pallet Tilter Carts for Ergonomic Material Handling
Tilt Master's are engineered to improve efficiency, safety, and ergonomics when handling heavy containers, bins, and palletized loads. Designed as a practical alternative to forklifts and lift tables, these units lift, transport, and tilt loads up to 90 degrees, allowing operators to easily access contents without excessive bending or reaching. With both standard and straddle configurations available, these tilters accommodate a wide range of pallets, skids, and containers across warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Key Features & Benefits
Heavy-duty construction supports capacities ranging up to 6,000 lbs., making these units ideal for demanding applications. The compact, low-profile design allows operators to position close to loads for better control and efficiency. Smooth-rolling phenolic wheels, combined with swivel and rigid caster configurations, provide excellent maneuverability. A push-button hand pendant control simplifies lifting and tilting, while a full 90-degree tilt angle improves product access and reduces strain. Available power options—including AC, DC, and air/oil—offer flexibility for various facility requirements, while optional portable traction drive enhances mobility and reduces operator fatigue.
Applications
Perfect for warehouses, distribution centers, assembly lines, and manufacturing facilities, these pallet and tote tilters streamline workflows by eliminating reliance on forklifts. They are commonly used for transporting work-in-process materials, positioning containers for assembly or inspection, and improving access to parts during packing or production tasks.
Configurations & Options
This product family includes fixed fork models for open-bottom pallets and versatile straddle designs that adjust to handle virtually any pallet or container type. Multiple control styles, power sources, and drive options are available to match specific operational needs. Optional accessories such as chutes, battery upgrades, and control pedestals further enhance functionality, making these tilters adaptable to a wide range of industrial applications.
Any AC-powered product intended for operation on a single-phase supply system requires a dedicated branch circuit having circuit conductors that are appropriately sized for the total horizontal and vertical length of the circuit run. (Contact Vestil with any questions.)
Additionally, to connect the flanged inlet of our 115V-powered modular power units to a branch circuit receptacle, use only a hard-service type extension cord having 14 GA or larger conductors that is no longer than 25 feet long.
After engaging caster locks, be sure to engage hand operated floor lock before using the tilt operation.
